 The Carrier Dashboard

The Carrier Dashboard is a unique feature of ViaTMS.  Designed to give you a "moment in time" snapshot of a carrier and it's history with your company.  This tool gives your broker the ability to sell the carrier using key performance indicators and a unique "5 Star" rating system that is part of ViaTMS and any member of the ViaNetwork.

 

Users can easily select from pre-set timeframes of 3, 6, 12 and 24 months.  Custom time frames can be entered if required.  Easy to read graphs show the carriers performance and contribution visually at a glance.  These ratings are available and promptly displayed when a carrier is placed on a load.

 

ViaCabinet

ViaCabinet is a robust document management system built into ViaTMS.  It is completely configurable from the categories to document types.  Documents can be added to ViaCabinet through drag and drop, direct scanning, linking and many other options.  Custom sub-folders can be created on the fly if user security permits.  The ViaCabinet supports many types of documents including:

  • PDF (Adobe Portable Documenet Format)

  • Excel

  • Word

  • PowerPoint

  • Emails (Dragged directly from Outlook Express)

  • Zip Files

  • Rich Text Documents

  • Images (jpg, gif, etc)

  • Text Documents

  • Many More...

ViaCabinet is configured for Loads, Carriers, Customers, Prospecting and Company documents.  These documents can be specific to the category, or can be non-specific.  This allows you to store your master Carrier and Customer agreements in ViaCabinet, making them easy to send to your carriers and customers and insuring that the version being used is consistent throughout your company. 

 

Document Verification

ViaTMS keeps your brokers engaged in the entire transaction by requiring them to verify every document that you decide needs verification in ViaCabinet.  At first login and periodically throughout the day, the brokers are reminded if there are documents that need to be verified (or missing documents) and must digitally sign off on the documents.

 

 

My A/R

My A/R Module in ViaTMS allows the brokers to manage their own A/R with their customers allowing your brokers to help in the collection process.
