ViaManager

ViaManager is an Add On to ViaTMS that manages automated processes at a server level.  With ViaManager you can:

  • Process Payments
  • Process Comchecks and Advances
  • Add documents to ViaCabinet
  • Email documents to ViaCabinet for automatic filing
  • Send monitors to administrative users
  • Automate Export of Payables to Quickbooks
  • Automate Export of Invoices to Quickbooks

All of these processes run on a background service on your server.  Each process can be individually configured to run as often as you like.
